I've registered in your service but haven't received the email

Some email programs may classify the verification email as junk mail. Check in your SPAM folder and if you don't find it there, please contact us.

I don't have a Paypal account. How can I register with your service?

Unfortunately we don't offer any alternatives at a moment but we're working on this. Please contact us for an update.

We're considering using your service for our company but not sure if it fits our requirements. How can we try it out?

Sign up for our one month free trial!. You will have access to all available functionality with your own data. We will immediately start regular backup of your data and provide support as if you were a regular user. If you extend your subscription you will simply continue using the service.

I've complete the trial period and am ready to start full implementation of FrontAccounting in my company. Is it possible to reset my program so I can start over again with clean data?

Yes, we can reset your instance on request.

Why do you ask me about my Tax Rate? What if we have more than 1 tax rate in our country?

We found out there are many countries using a simple sales tax but with different rates. To simplify your instance creation we added this field specifying a single tax rate to the registration form. If you have a more complicated tax system you can always configure multiple tax rates after your individual program instance is created.

After you login to your individual FA instance you'll find a Help link on top of each page. This is context-specific help and directs you to the relevant article in this wiki system.

What additional support is available from FrontAccounting Online?

In addition to the online Help system described in the previous answer, FrontAccounting Online offers email support & forum.

What happens with my data when I decide to resign using the FrontAccounting Online service?

In your FrontAccounting program instance you find Backup/Restore feature (Setup module). You can download your data anytime in SQL format.

How can I begin with my company setup?

We advise to begin here.

I want my home currency different from currencies available in the program. What I do?

Two steps:

  • add your currency to the list: Currencies; it doesn't matter if you tick the checkbox Automatic exchange rate update
  • go to Setup -> Company Setup and change your Home currency to the one you just added

Make sure you setup your currency before any documents are being entered into the system.
